Program Model
Our program uses an experiential, station-based learning approach combined with tutoring and individualized support. Participants rotate through structured Endeavor Stations, each designed to build practical life skills such as financial literacy, digital responsibility, self-care, and entrepreneurship.
Endeavor Stations Include:
Participants engage in hands-on learning across financial responsibility, technology use, self-care, meal preparation, mechanical and home care skills, agriculture, and income development, with individualized coaching to address personal skill gaps and support independence.
Outcomes-Focused Approach
Each station is reinforced through small-group and one-on-one support, ensuring participants gain real-world skills that promote independence, confidence, and pathways to income.
